Nearly a month later, having heard nothing back, I emailed my salesperson. ![]() I'm not sure how those issues slipped past the certified preowned vehicle inspection, but I'm extremely pleased with how they were handled. I was provided a courtesy car at no charge and the problems (bad window regulator and stuck neutral safety switch, not battery) were promptly fixed, at no cost to me. My father jumped it and was able to drive it back to CJ24. Because it was Sunday, I had to wait to bring it in until Monday. The next morning, the car would not start (battery wasn't holding a charge). I did have a scare when, upon driving my new (used) car home, I discovered that the rear left window wouldn't roll up. The sales experience was phenomenal - Janie is a sweetheart and I'll be back to see her when it's time for another car, which hopefully won't be for a while! There were no underhanded sales tactics and the asking price on the vehicle I bought was very fair.
